ANAVRIN, Terms, and Conditions

Compliance with this website is necessary to use and access the site. Please read all the terms and conditions before accepting and agreeing to it. If any clause is doubtful or unacceptable to the user, it is requested not to use the site.

It is important that you have an understanding of each and everything before you make a booking with us.

-This user agreement is age-restricted. Anavrin consider If the user is aged 18 or above and has entirely accepted the terms. If you are under age then make sure that you take the permission of your parents to understand what is written in these terms and conditions.

-Before proceeding further, all customers are requested to thoroughly read all conditions, including the clauses for booking arrangements. This step is very important so there is no later confusion.

-There is a strict regulation of these conditions. Therefore, an act of violence is non-permissible and will be considered an act of violation that might cancel the customer’s reservation.

-Moreover, any breach of the agreement will be denied access to any hotels. There is even a possibility that you are not allowed to our hotel for life in case there is no realisation of these terms and conditions.

-Anavrin have the right to deduct, incur or keep any advance payments the customer made in case of violation and misconduct. All the clauses have been made by our valued board members and are strictly followed by each and everyone.

-The customer would take responsibility for all charges and payments paid by him or through a third party, even if the payment was made on the customer’s behalf without his consent.

-The reservations will be made when the customer provides an online confirmation along with gis credit card details.

-Once the total due amount is paid in full, the customer needs to provide evidence such as a receipt of the total deposit.

-In a few cases, an initial non-refundable fee might be applicable. This mostly depends on the services you are in intending to take

-Anavrin will consider your deposit a complete legal agreement and accept all the terms and conditions.

-Booking made online requires email details and bank details. The customer must provide the correct data to make any further arrangements.

-Any due balance must be cleared before the customer checks out of the hotel. Make sure that you check everything before leaving the hotel so there is no further confusion. We take great pride in ensuring that our customers are heavy and save in our environment

-All additional charges, including taxes, are applicable, and the customer will bear full responsibility for paying them. The taxes are directly proportional to the current government impositions.

-There are only two payment methods via credit card: logging in your details on the official website or filling in a credit card authorization form indicating the total due amount. The form can quickly be returned by email or by sending a fax. Other payment methods can be ensured by getting in contact with our agent

-All payments are secure and are made using end-to-end encryption.

-Anavrin believe in giving security and privacy to the customer, so there is no chance of the password or details of the customer being saved on the server. We do not share such information with anybody.

-The arrangement prices are not static; there is a possibility of change and search if the government takes any action, if the country’s currency rate differs or fluctuates, or if there is any general increase in the traveling market.

-Anavrin has an apparent child policy. Infants aged 0 to 5 years will share parents’ or guardians’ beds, and the child policy will be applied to children aged between 5 to 11. Children that are 12 years old or above will be considered adults.

-The customer cannot reply to the auto-generated email sent to him by Anavrin’s booking center. If you have some questions regarding your booking or anything else you can always get in touch with our customer service representatives.

-If the customer has any queries or reservations to make, he can email at the official website of Anavrin or contact the mentioned phone number.

-Rates and charges are subject to change given any circumstances applicable.

-If the customer wants to amend his travel arrangements, all changes should be made within the cancellation period. There is even a possibility that we will be deducting the fee afterwards.

-Cancellation will be free of cost if made within 30 days before the initial arrival date. If the cancellation is made after that, then charges will be applied.

-Any promotions or special offers made should be taken within the due date. Availing special offers will be void if the notified period is over.

-A 100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of a show.

-If the customer wants to transfer his hotel, the booking will only be made if there is any availability.

-Anavrin provide airport transfer arrangements with favorable rates. If the customer wants to avail of this service, he must inform them beforehand because an external vendor or subsidiary may be used for transportation.

-If the hotel is overbooked, then a timely notification will be sent to the customer before making the booking, and a similar hotel within the same category will be recommended.

-The confirmation email sent after the payment will be considered proof of reservation.

-Anavrin have all the rights to cancel any reservation if the faculty finds anything suspicious about the customer.

-It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure any medical facility required of him beforehand.

-All guests are required to stay in their rooms for a set period. Extension of their stay will be charged.

-All customers should keep their valuable things in their private rooms. They are advised to keep their lock closed when sleeping or out.

-Pets and plants of any sort are not allowed. Guests willing to bring a pet will not be accommodated at any cost.

-In case of re-booking, the guest should make 15 days prior notice before his arrival.

-Children or minors below 15 are not permitted to stay at the hotel without the supervision of their parents or guardians.

-Children are not allowed to run in the corridors, which might increase the chance of being hurt.

-Suggestions are welcomed, and guests are requested to write them in our suggestion box set at the reception table.

-Guests may not move any furniture or mess with any electronic appliances without the consent of the management.

-The hotel management can repudiate if any guest is found to violate the house rules.

-The guests are not allowed to play any loud music, especially at night, as this may cause disturbance for other residing guests.

-It is to be ensured that the customer and others accompanying him must have valid Passports, Visas, and other traveling documents.

-The appropriate authorization is required, and this guest needs to present a valid national ID card and other proof of identity.

-The customer’s responsibility is to inform the booking agent regarding flight timing and numbers before the holiday commences. All travel arrangements can be made in consideration of the booking. However, reconfirmation of the flight booking is the customer’s responsibility.

-It is on the part of the customer to take a travel insurance at the time of booking for himself and accompanying members. Make sure that your travel insurance is feasible and valid.

-Anavrin cannot be held responsible if any failed excursion is not directly related to the company. -Responsibility will only be liable if there is evidence of proven negligence on the company’s part.

-All belongings and hotel keys must be deposited at the reception before departure.

-First aid and other Medical Services are provided by the hotel in case of emergency or illness.

-Lights in the room, air conditioners, heating facilities, and the water faucet should be closed when the guest departs the room.

-Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the room.

-Washing and cleaning are not permitted inside the room. The hotel has laundry, and cleaning services are also provided.

-Anavrin will not be liable to compensate for delay or cancellation in any external condition such as war, political afflictions, civil strife, mutiny, riot, terrorist activity, or natural disasters.

-The management has all right to allow a guest or vacate his room at any moment, whatsoever reasons there might be.

-The management has full authority to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor safely from the hotel in case of any disturbance.

-The customer is fully responsible for any damages or breakages in luggage, property, or any loss of items. In case of sickness, injury, or death, the company will not be liable for taking responsibility.

-If any damage on the part of the customer is done to the company, then it is his responsibility to make things right and make full damage payment before the departure.

-If there is any malfunction, the customer needs to report it immediately to the staff.

-The customer needs to show complete compliance with the regulations at the hotel. Any misbehavior with the staff, management, or other residing customers is unpermissible.

-Remember that the customer is bonded in a legal contract that he cannot shun when the booking is confirmed.

-Anavrin aims to resolve any complaint lodged by the customer and regularly update the standard and quality of their services.

-If there is any hindrance in resolving the customer’s complaint, the customer must write to the company within 15 formal days with all the relevant information.

-All information provided by the customer should be accurate and true. Any discrepancies found will nullify the agreement.
